The Writers’ Rooms are currently seeking nonprofit status, but it has not been awarded to us yet. Therefore, while we appreciate your pledges immensely, it is important to note that they can not be deducted as a charitable donation. We will notify our Patrons if and when this changes.

Pledges will go towards:

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Website and other running costs

• Room budget (printing costs/supplies)

• Securing locations either for Rooms or events

• Obtaining non-profit status

• Costs associated with events

• Publications

• Organization upkeep
